The second and third bedrooms offer Queen beds. The fourth bedroom has bunk beds and a sofa sleeper. There is also a pack n’ play in the closet. This home can accommodate 10 guests. Each room is outfitted with HDTVs. The living room is furnished with a large flat-screen TV and an inviting luxury leather couch with lounge chairs. The 2.5 bathrooms are stocked with towels, soaps and hairdryers. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the conveniences of a home, such as a Mr. Coffee maker, a crockpot, a toaster, a hand blender, plates, mugs, glasses, a granite breakfast bar, and a kitchen table that can accommodate a large family. The easy-to-use dishwasher and microwave make your stay carefree and efficient. If you prefer to eat out, there are plenty of great restaurants located nearby. Each townhouse has 2 parking spaces, and there are a few unreserved spaces around the pool house and corners of the neighborhood. There is NO street parking in the community. It is not allowed by our HOA’s laws (but more importantly, no room on the streets), and neither are trailers, RVs, boats, or other recreational vehicles. For groceries and supplies, the Walmart in Hurricane (10 minutes east on SR9 at 3400 West) is less crowded than the one in St. George (10 minutes west on Telegraph St or I-15 south exit 10). However, in St. George, there are many other shopping options as well as restaurants, parks, and theaters.
