As you enter the home, you will see the bright and airy floor plan allowing for comfortable gatherings with friends and family. There is a fully equipped kitchen for your convenience. So, there is no need to worry about how you will prepare your meals, we have got you covered! The bedrooms boast comfortable beds that allow for good nights of rest and relaxation so that you can continue to explore the beautiful desert landscape with all its amenities.
You must first enter the home through the front door. The front door has a keypad with a deadbolt. The code will be set to the last 4 digits of the phone number provided on your reservation. Type in your code and then twist the deadbolt to unlock. You may then enter and open the garage. There will be a garage door opener on the counter available for you to use for the duration of your stay.
Guests will have total privacy and 24-hour check-in with keyless entry. Southern Utah Luxury Customer Care is available 24/7 via phone or text. The number is on the refrigerator.

Please note that Tava is a neighboring community that is separate from the Retreat, and it is not open to the public. Amenities for the pool itself are exclusively designed for that community.
Southern Utah Luxury only provides the initial stocking of supplies for a reservation. Once supplies run out, guests are responsible for purchasing what more is needed.
We are proud to support the Self Check-in capability for you. As part of our self-check-in system, we require guests to place a card on file prior to check-in. This can be done by clicking on the following link to your guest portal. A link will be sent to you before check-in.
If you are thinking about bringing a pet, please let us know! We can check with the homeowners for their approval. If approved, a pet fee of $100 will apply, and we can add the payment to your reservation.
