Welcome to Double the Fun at The Isle, a one-of-a-kind Southern Utah getaway featuring two brand-new, side-by-side townhomes designed for large families, reunions, retreats, and group vacations. Together, the homes sleep up to 24 guests with 20 beds, 8 bedrooms, and 9 bathrooms—giving everyone plenty of room while keeping your entire group just steps apart.
Each home features a spacious, open layout with two separate living areas—one upstairs and one downstairs—giving you four gathering spaces between the two homes. Whether you’re sharing meals, playing games, watching a movie, or simply relaxing after a day of adventure, there’s room for everyone to enjoy the trip their way. Each home also features ping pong and two washers and dryers, making longer stays and large-group travel easy.
One of the highlights of Double the Fun is the outdoor space. Unwind in two private upper-deck spas while taking in views of Coral Canyon Golf Course, gather around the outdoor fire pit areas in the evening, or step onto the private balconies overlooking the community.
And when you’re ready to play, you won’t have to go far. These homes are located in a prime spot within The Isle, just steps from the community amenities. Spend the day floating the lazy river, racing down the waterslide, swimming at the pool, playing pickleball or sand volleyball, enjoying the sports court and 9-square, working out at the fitness center, or catching a movie at the outdoor theater. The clubhouse and resort-style amenities make it easy to enjoy an entire vacation without leaving the community.
When adventure calls, Double the Fun also puts you in a great location for experiencing Southern Utah, with Zion National Park, Sand Hollow, Snow Canyon, golf, hiking, biking, dining, and countless outdoor adventures within easy reach.
Guests have full access to both townhomes, including the private spas, fire pit areas, garages, living spaces, and community amenities. Starter supplies are provided upon arrival, and guests can replenish additional items as needed throughout their stay.
Please note that The Isle is a newer development, so occasional construction may be visible or heard in the surrounding area. Community amenities are shared with other guests and residents and may occasionally be affected by weather, maintenance, or community operations. Guests are asked to follow all house rules, community guidelines, and designated quiet hours.
