The spacious Butler’s pantry provides additional storage along with a microwave and Keurig. A large dining table accommodates up to 10 guests, making it easy for everyone to gather together.
The main living area offers an oversized sectional, additional seating, a large Smart TV, and a gas fireplace, creating a comfortable place to relax after a day of exploring Southern Utah.

Bedroom 2 includes a King bed along with built in Twin bunk beds for 2 additional guests. A nearby full hallway bathroom features a walk in shower.
Bedroom 3 serves as a second primary suite and includes a King bed, Smart TV, and private ensuite bathroom with a walk in shower.
Bedroom 4 includes a King bed and Smart TV.
Bedroom 5 is a spacious bunk room featuring 3 built in Twin over Queen bunk beds, offering a total of 6 sleeping spaces.
Bedroom 6 is a front bunk room with 2 built in Twin over Queen bunk beds, offering 4 sleeping spaces, plus a private ensuite bathroom with a walk in shower.
With 5 full bathrooms, walk in showers, and tankless water heaters throughout the home, larger groups have plenty of space to get ready comfortably.
The laundry room includes a GE front loading washer and dryer, laundry pods, and a utility sink.
Step outside to your own private outdoor retreat featuring a heated swimming pool, above ground hot tub, gas fire pit table, covered outdoor seating with a misting system, sun loungers, and a private putting green. The pool area also includes a basketball hoop for even more outdoor fun.
Your reservation also includes 12 complimentary wristbands per day to Pecan Valley Resort.
The main resort area is family friendly and packed with activities for all ages. Spend the day enjoying the wave pool, lazy river, swimming areas, waterslides, FlowRider, and spas. It is the perfect place for kids and families to swim, play, and enjoy the Southern Utah sunshine together.
For adults looking for a quieter escape, Pecan Valley also offers a separate adults only rooftop area. This elevated retreat features an adults only pool, peaceful infinity spa, rooftop cabanas, bar service, and comfortable lounge spaces with beautiful surrounding views. It provides a relaxing place to unwind away from the energy of the main family waterpark.
The resort clubhouse offers even more entertainment. Challenge friends and family in the arcade, relax in a private cabana, or perfect your swing in the golf and sports simulator, which is available for an additional cost. The onsite restaurant and bar make it easy to enjoy food and drinks without leaving the resort.

The 12 complimentary wristbands per day can be picked up at the Amenities front desk, and a signed waiver is required. Additional wristbands may be purchased directly from the resort.
During the waterpark’s off season from November 1 through January 31, the clubhouse remains open and guests can continue to enjoy select amenities including the arcade, golf simulator, cabanas, and spas. Seasonal hours and amenity availability may change, so guests should check Pecan Valley Resort for the most current information.
Parking includes access to the 2 car garage and driveway. The RV garage is not available for guest use. The driveway may accommodate up to 4 vehicles, and parking along the side of the home may accommodate trailers. Street parking is not permitted.
Additional amenities include air conditioning and heating, Gigabit Fiber internet through CenturyLink, pool and beach towels, a Pack N’ Play, and a Keurig with coffee and tea available in the pantry.
