Red Sands Retreat is located in the brand-new vacation community in Escondido! There are 3 spacious bedrooms, 3.5 baths, and a two-car garage! The home itself is beautifully decorated with plenty of space. With access to pickleball courts, a pool, a BBQ grill in the backyard, and just a 30-minute drive from Zion National Park, this is the place to gather with friends or family! We have made every effort to make you feel right at home here in Southern Utah.
On the main floor, there is a master king suite, hall bathroom, laundry room kitchen, living room, and garage. Upstairs there is a second master king suite, and a grand room suite. The grand room has two bunk bed sets with full beds on the bottom and twin beds on top. There is also a large sectional that contains a queen sofa sleeper in the room. There are smart TVs in every room, and the 300MBP high-speed Wi-Fi allows you to stream movies without interruption. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to cook big meals. The property is also stocked with a highchair & pack n play for little ones, and the garage has exercise bands with workout instructions posted.
There is a pool, two hot tubs, and a lazy river for your enjoyment. If you are staying over Thursday night, please put the garbage can from the garage out on the street and bring it in Friday after the trash has been picked up.
Directions to the property. If you type in Ivory Homes- Escondido, in Washington, Utah, GPS will direct you to the community you will be staying in. From I-15 you will take the Washington Parkway exit number 13. Head south to the roundabout and go straight through. You will take the first left after the roundabout. This street is called Grapevine Crossing. Follow it near the end and then turn right onto Tesoro Alley. It should be pretty easy, the streets are marked. If you have any trouble getting there feel free to give us a call!
If you are thinking about bringing a pet, please let us know! We can check with the homeowners for their approval. If approved, a pet fee of $100 will apply, and we can add the payment to your reservation.
