This refresher offers a hands-free solution for homeowners to ensure that the listing is updated for an improved guest experience. This refresher will give your property an edge over it’s competitors and help boost bookings whether it’s a bedding updated or a new wall to make another bedroom.

Keep Home Updated

This refresher allows our team and homeowners the chance to look at the home with fresh eyes, and gives us the chance to see it as a guest might. This view of the home can help us manage the updates that the home needs to stay competitive.

This Refresher is designed to give homeowners a hands-free solution for renovations.

SULUX DESIGNER WALK THROUGH

SULUX Listing Specialist will spend some time in the home and make a list of updates for homeowner.

02.

$200 CART

SULUX Listing Specialist will then put together a cart full of minor updates to improve the home.

03.

APPROVAL

The homeowner will approve the cart and SULUX will order items for the home.

04.

RE-STAGING OF THE HOME

Listing Specialist will go into the home and replace the items.

05.

UPDATED LISTING ON PLATFORMS

Listing Specialist will then go to the listing and update, images, description, and title if needed.

Professional Designer is available for an additional separate cost of $50 an hour

Significant restorative actions to update & elevate the home

Pricing

The cost of this Plan is completely dependent on the square footage of the home and the contracted service needed. We have collected quotes for flooring, paint, and construction based on square footage to give you an estimate. These quotes will then be personalized to your home.

Coordinating

Throughout the entire process, homeowners will be updated, but SULUX team will coordinate, schedule, and plan with contractors. We want this process to be as uncomplicated for the homeowners as possible. SULUX will collect an additional 10% fee for this additional labor.

Implementing

The contractors that we work with at SULUX work efficiently and with attention to detail that homeowners can trust.

Walls

We work with high level contractors who can build or remove walls in your vacation rental. Building a wall may add an additional bedroom, and removing one may open up your property floor plan. These are both characteristics of properties that are maximizing profits.

Flooring & Paint

We have reached out to our contacts and gotten quotes for flooring and paint based on the square footage of the average Southern Utah home. As needed, we will get a precise quote for the vacation home if this is the route chosen

Furniture

A refresh to beds, dressers, couches, televisions, appliances, and entertainment tables can give the listing the additional edge that it needs to stand out. These updates can bring new life to the listing and will boost guest bookings against the competition.

Within the Custom Refresher we coordinate these changes.
